Nike windrunner very limited edition

Il mondo NIKE limited edition mi sta davvero entusiasmando..disilluso ormai da tempo da una distribuzione a tappeto, (vedi i vari globo, centri commerciali ed affini, Dove a farla da padroni sono le varie nike pistoni e pistoncini, che ormai han rotto le balle..e poi sono davvero brutte) pensavo che ormai nike, fosse soltanto quel "mondo" costringendomi a pensare che un brand ormai cosi' commerciale non potesse inserirsi bene nel mio shop...
Mi sbagliavo...Sono stati selezionati i migliori sneakers shop in italia tra cui anche EPTA, la NIKE metta a disposizione quindi capi altamente selezionati, soltanto per i migliori streetwear shop italiani.

In occasione delle olimpiadi di Pechino la NIKE presenta sul mercato un nuovo modello del classico windrunner (edizione limitatissima)...
all'interno la scritta ricamata "080808 beijing"
che sta a signifacare la data dell'inizio delle olimpiadi di Pechino.

Nike recently release 2 new additions of its classic Windrunner jacket. Instead of the usual fare of bold colorways and loud graphics, the 2 are in a distinctively muted black colorways. As part of “Road to Beijing” series, the 2 jackets, named “The Warrior”, have vertical zippers on both the front and rear panes, which allows the wearer to unzip the jacket in half and interchange with another. Both feature waterproof zip-pockets (similar to those on the Tech Pack), with violet/pink gradients on one and blue steel gradients on the other.

An unique aspect of these 2 jackets are the material. Instead of the usual smooth nylon shell found on most other Nike Windrunner, the 2 Warrior Windrunner Jackets are made with a more rigid nylon shell, imprinted with fish scales pattern,. Both are finished with embroidered linings, in purple or navy, with “080808 Beijing”, signify August 8, 2008 - the opening day of Beijing Summer Olympics.

Nike’s luxury sub-brand, Nike White Label, created several very unique products for its Nike Athletic Department (AD) collection. In addition to the cashmere blend hoodie mentioned earlier, this silk blend Windrunner jacket is a perfect mix of luxury and functionalism. The natural silk in the fabric blend gives the Windrunner a soft, lighter-then-air feel. Meanwhile, the synthetic materials give the jacket resiliency. The interior is unfinished, however, all seams and joints are reinforced with double stitching and taped with silk seam tapes. Available currently at selected Nike retailers, such as Caliroots of Sweden.
